About this project
Bavel is a concept website created to explore a more refined direction for hospitality on the web. The aim was to shape an experience that feels atmospheric and elevated, while still making reservations and enquiries feel immediate and clear.
What was designed
- A cinematic hero with video and restrained overlays
- A reservation flow designed for quick action, especially on mobile
- A private dining section to support events and group bookings
- A gallery-led layout built around strong visual rhythm
- A simple press strip for added credibility
- A location and hours section designed for clarity
Design direction
The visual language is warm, dark, and minimal — focused on mood, spacing, and legibility, with cues taken from modern editorial restaurant sites.
